I know how it feels to be in a situation like this but what else we can do. Hope that there would be a solution for problem like this.

I came very close recently. However, chill out dude, this was one of my parody posts and was down as humour. If you do work in an office anything like the one in this post, then you have my pity. On the other hand, if you do work in an environment anything like the one posted, I'm sure that this would be an accurate representation of your resignation letter. Neh?

I can't believe that you guys talk about a resignation like nothing serious. I'd like to see what would be your reaction if you loose your job now!

Ha ha ha. I guess when you're resigning you have the freedom to say whatever you want, unless you want a good recommendation for your next job.

I've written resignation letters that would burn bridges, call out all the issues the company may have, mostly with the people I had to deal with and some that were the exact reason I resigned but it's not the letter I would use.

I've kept them short and to the point, usually a sentence or two.

Austin is big but most of the tech industry folks know one another, so it's actually a small world in this industry here in Austin. So burning bridges might screw you, word gets out quickly and it doesn't matter if you are right or were right in your resignation letter.

So as fun as these types of letters are, I would never present one to any employer. In the end, it's just not worth it or the time, once you leave a company, "It's no longer your problem anymore!" That's one of the best phrases when leaving a company you might not be happy with and then you move on with life. :)
