It's just that it doesn't bring anything special to the table, imo. Tabbed browsing is old hat - even Internet Explorer has it. Plugins are done well by Firefox or Opera. My big gripe is that it simply doesn't do anything new. Maybe that will change, but it's a simple functional browser right now, but nothing magical.
